First step…

Getting here is hard. There is so much judgment, so many negative emotions around the idea of "needing therapy". You can be proud of this first step. You deserve this. It’s more important than ever to have a place where you can explore who you are and what you are doing with your time. There are so many reasons to engage in art therapy and counseling services.
